April 2009

RobbinsLaw prevailed in an arbitration in which it successfully challenged a termination for cause of a CEO of a technology startup company funded by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Gilo Ventures.  After a weeklong arbitration, the arbitrator determined that the termination for cause was improper, and awarded severance compensation and interest of more than $1 million.  The award was confirmed by the Superior Court of Fulton County, and was ultimately paid in full.  Faulk v.
