Gary's practice focuses on solving business disputes. For over thirty years, he has appeared in state and federal courts across the country in trials, arbitrations and mediations. He represents a broad spectrum of clients, including manufacturers, general contractors, developers, insurance companies, recyclers, restaurants, financial institutions and real estate entities. Gary is also a trained mediator and arbitrator focusing on commercial disputes.

Gary's significant representations are many and varied. He recently achieved an eight-figure settlement in wrongful death claims for the estates of a professional football player and his wife who died in an airplane crash; secured a judgment in excess of $14 million for a telecommunications service provider against a telecommunications retailer in a RICO case; defeated a multi-million dollar claim against a commercial lender in a confirmation proceeding; and had a seven-figure judgment set aside by the West Virginia Supreme Court. Recent litigation in which Gary has prevailed include Harris v. Atlanta Board of Education, 105 F.3d 591 (11th Cir. 1997); NCI Group v. Cannon Services, 2009 WL 2411145 (N.D. Ga. 2009); Gordon v.
