Jeremy Littlefield
Jeremy’s practice includes both trial and appellate litigation and focuses on representing corporations and individuals in business disputes as plaintiff or defendant. Jeremy has handled a broad range of commercial litigation, including business torts, real estate disputes, and trust and estates litigation. In addition to Georgia and federal courts, Jeremy also has substantial experience with alternative dispute resolution, including AAA and JAMS arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy was an associate at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, where she litigated a number of complex civil cases, including professional liability lawsuits, insurance and securities class actions, and other business matters.
Jeremy earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review. She received her B.A. in East Asian Studies from Harvard University.
Upon graduating law school, Jeremy clerked for the Honorable Orinda D. Evans, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Jeremy grew up in the Philippines and possesses a working knowledge of Chinese, Taiwanese, and Tagalog.
Jeremy has been named a “Georgia Rising Star” by Law & Politics and Atlanta magazine, a listing of the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming attorneys in Georgia who are either under 40 or who have been practicing ten or fewer years.
